The Brighton Book Festival, now in its fifth year, will return in 2026 and feature five days of talks, panels, workshops and events. The event is designed to amplify marginalised voices and make "Making Marginalised Mainstream." Brighton Book Festival provides phenomenal programming with events covering everything from horror, women's bodies, crime and romantasy, to activism, social justice and amplifying refugee voices.

For the first time ever, London's legendary performance poetry night, JAWDANCE, will come to Brighton for a special night of as part of  Brighton Book Festival on Thursday 18 June.  JAWDANCE fuses the freshest voices with stellar talent for a night that showcases global voices, creating memorable "you had to be there" magic. Headlined by Keith Jarrett, hosted by AFLO. the poet and featuring Kareem Parkins Brown along with eleven local emerging poets who have been working with AFLO. the poet as part of Apples and Snakes ‘Poets in your City’,  programme. Expect live DJ and more.

Single-day passes for Saturday or Sunday are available for £25.
