Painting Portraits in Oils with Sara Reeve

Sara Reeve is an accomplished portrait artist and printmaker, featured on Sky Arts Artist of the Year: Masterclass. 

In this two day course, she'll walk you through the essentials, from learning to mix paints to capture the subtleties of skin tones to key techniques to effectively break down facial features from reference into brushstroke, all culminating in an alla prima (one session) portrait of a live model. 

Sara will provide individually tailored advice and expertise throughout the weekend, offering a friendly, supportive environment to grow your confidence and creativity.
