After the daughter of Wang Wei (Xie Miao) is kidnapped by a criminal network he receives no help from the police, and his only ally is Navin (Joe Taslim) – a relentless journalist whose wife has also mysteriously disappeared.

Fueled by a furious vengeance, the unlikely duo take the fight to the kidnappers in an explosive rampage acros the city.
