Princes Place, Bishopston, Bristol, BS7 8NP

At YogaSpace, the highly qualified instructors practice a style of yoga called Viniyoga, which is breath-centred and therapeutically oriented. Their ethos is to encourage people to find their own style of yoga and slow it down, working at a pace in which they feel comfortable.

This attitude lends itself perfectly to pregnancy and postnatal yoga, with classes running throughout the week. You’re welcome to just drop in as and when and babies are welcome at their Baby & Me yoga classes. Pregnancy classes are even two-for-one, so you can enjoy the opportunity to try it out and see if it suits.

There’s also workshops, private classes and home courses. So you can enjoy the practice wherever is suitable for you in whatever style.
