The race is set, the heat is on. Join Living Spit at the starting line for Tortoise vs Hare; an adrenaline-fuelled theatrical lap at Theatre Tropicana.

After a sell-out run in Bristol, North Somerset based Living Spit return to Theatre Tropicana for a laugh-till-you-cry, quirky rendition of The Hare and the Tortoise.

Barry Hare, Wrington running champ. Fit, popular and, above all, fast. Toby ‘Tortoise’ Gollop, eater of doughnuts. Look up 'relaxed’ in the dictionary and you’ll see his picture. Two very different men. One running club, and the race to end all races.

Told entirely in rhyme and song, this promises to be an epic tale of romance, redemption and rural running rivalry that will leave you breathless.

Tortoise vs Hare is on at Theatre Tropicana, Marine Parade, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset at 7:30pm on Tuesday 20th, Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th June. Tickets are £10.
