Café Coho
This proudly independent, award-winning espresso bar and café has three locations around the city, making sure you’re never too far from coffee and pancake perfection.

Infinity Foods Kitchen
These wizards whip up wonderful vegan pancakes (but how?!) proving you don’t need eggs – or bacon for that matter – to create perfect pancakes, from fluffy wholemeal blueberry to classic British style with golden, crispy edges… Pantastic.

Three Stack
Move over lemon and sugar – how about pancakes with pulled pork? Expect the unexpected here at Three Stack, where pancakes are pushed to their limits, piled to dizzy new heights with the most fantastic flavours. And, as if that wasn’t enough, they can, of course, make ‘em vegan. Catch Three Stack at various street food markets and pop-ups; they’re also available for private hire.

Starfish & Coffee
Another establishment unafraid to push that bar higher, pancake recipes here have included pineapple lime compote with coconut syrup and banana chips, and sweetcorn pancake fritters on lime-avocado purée with Newhaven crayfish tails and Cajun hollandaise… Check out their blue cheese and mushroom pancakes below.
