Pages of Hackney has been thriving for 11 years, serving the local community through their diverse selection of books and events and is known for knowledgeable and friendly staff. They're closed until the end of March but are offering home delivery by bike (totally free) or by post (free for orders over £10). They can also recommend your next read if you're totally out of options.

Primrose Hill Books
Primrose Hill Books have got plenty of books available for delivery to the Primrose Hill area. You can even order from their stock of second-hand books online, so you can get a proper pile for just a few pounds and avoid boredom while at home. You can buy online or by phone or email.
Round Table Books
Round Table Books, the inclusion-led shop celebrating underrepresented children's books, writers and illustrators has been quick off the mark in setting up an online shop so you can grab a few great books to entertain the kids with while in self-isolation.

Burley Fisher Books
This Kingsland Road institution usually hosts a select range of books from new writers and small publishers alongside literary magazines, poetry, and books about London. They have closed until the end of March but aren't gonna stop recommending you your reads - just let them know the last book you read and loved (via email, Twitter or Instagram and they'll find one they think you'll enjoy. If you're local to Hackney they'll drop it to your door by bike, or if you're further afield, via post.

At Newham Books, you can still pop in to collect a book if you are social distancing - they are open from 9:30 til 2. If you are self-isolating, you can call up by phone to order or send an email and your books will be sent out by bike or post.

Nomad Books
Nomad opened in 1990, so they're not about to let a little pandemic get in the way of 30 years of book-loving. Local residents can phone or email to buy something to distract them, which will get hand-delivered. If you're not local, have no fear - they'll post 'em, too.
