Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn - at MOTH Club
Everything But The Girl is regrouping; prepare to hear some songs from their extensive, four-decade-long catalog, as well as tracks from their illustrious solo careers.

Ben Watt and Tracey Thorn make a triumphant return to the intimate setting of the MOTH Club for the last of their five special seated shows this year. In these unique, highly nostalgic performances, the legendary duo will strip back and rework gems from their vast 40-year catalogue in a captivating part-acoustic, part-electronic setting, accompanied by Rex Horan on double bass and Blake Watt on guitar and vocals.
Why they don't regroup under the banner of ‘Everything But the Girl’, I don't know. Their string of albums from the 80s and 90s absolutely defined the era, traversing from bossa nova to jungle throughout it, never staying in one place. Thorn's voice was a reference point in British soul, even when their work ranged far from it.
The evening will unfold across two heartfelt sets with an interval, offering a deep dive into their iconic songbook. Please note: the band will be on stage promptly at 8:00 PM, with no support act. Doors open at 7:00 PM for these mostly seated shows, with seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
