Deptford Northern Soul Club - at MOTH Club
Celebrate spooky season with one of the countries best party's, presented by two vinyl-loving Northern Soul DJ's who have taken their record box the country over.
Bringing the classics of Northern Soul to the new generation, Deptford Northern Soul Club are now the face of the movement in London. Childhood friends Will Foot and Lewis Henderson, whose precocious love of soul developed after discovering Lewis’ Dad’s record collection, have now taken said record collection all around the country, even to Glastonbury.
After a busy 2024, including a huge show at Moth Club and another banger at Omeara, they now take to their familiar digs at Hackney's MOTH Club. They are now more than used to playing far from their corner of South East, but their second favourite venue by far, it seems, is the glitzy yet down-to-earth MOTH Club, a sticky-floored type situation so suited to Northern Soul nights (if you're old and lucky enough to remember).
