Drawing from styles across the non-Western world, from Egypt to Colombia to Lebanon to Pakistan, Ill-3AB's new residency melds cultures, styles, and sounds to create something truly unique.
On July 26th, ILL-3AB Magazine kicks off its new monthly residency at The Orange Room in London, transforming the space into a vibrant hub of global sounds from 21hr til quite late.
The night will showcase a dynamic lineup of boundary-pushing DJs, including Armenian-Lebanese selector Zaytoona, Pakistani British talent Sunayah, Jordanian XL Bully Sizer, and Colombian Princess Minos, alongside a special surprise guest.
Expect an electrifying fusion of Egyptian shaabi rhythms, Moroccan garage beats, Palestinian rap, and Arab-flavored reggaeton remixes, a celebration of diasporic club culture at its most energetic.
A cultural gathering, a multi-ethnic match-up, offering some seriously exciting combinations that I guarantee you will not hear anywhere else, possibly in the world. A tenner is a small price to pay to hear something seriously unique these days. Bun off seeing Oasis, and see some real music instead, for a 100th of the price.
