Randy Edeleman ‘Uptown ‘Uptempo’

Legendary Hollywood composer and songwriter Randy Edelman is heading to UK this summer to perform his Uptown Uptempo show live. He’s playing at renowned entertainment venue The Concorde Club in Eastleigh on Saturday 13^th June and then at London’s popular cabaret club, Crazy Coqs in the West End on Sunday 14^th June.

With an intimate blend of live music, storytelling and behind-the-scenes insight, Randy reflects on a remarkable career spanning more than five decades at the heart of film and popular music. His music has become part of film culture, composing some of beloved scores from blockbusters such as The Last of the Mohicans, My Cousin Vinny, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, Ghostbusters II, The Mask, Kindergarten Cop and While You Were Sleeping.

As a hit songwriter, Randy Edelman has penned the chart hit Uptown, Uptempo Woman and the much-loved Weekend in New England famously recorded by Barry Manilow whilst other songs have been recorded and performed by The Carpenters, Bing Crosby, Dionne Warwick, Shirley Bassey, Olivia Newton-John, Kool & The Gang and Agnetha Fältskog of ABBA. Many of those songs will be performed during his shows.

Coinciding with these special UK appearance, Randy is also celebrating the release of his brand new album, Green Park, which is due out in June 2026.
