London-based jazz fusionist Robohands has now added a second date in Brick Lane, bringing you a stunning, expert mix of Latin, soul, pop, jazz, and experimental.
Once upon a time, Robohands made our Top Albums list, but in truth, almost every one of his albums would deserve a top spot on our list. An enduring favourite of ours, this rising jazz start continually impresses with release after release. His 2023 release Palms contrasted his earlier, darker work with bright, glistening, beach-friendly jazz tunes, not impressing with speed but with balance and taste.
So in demand that his first show sold out, he has now added this second show the day after. Playing in the hip, loungey spot of Ninety One Living Room, this will no doubt make an ideal setting to unwind to some of the best jazz to emerge from the capital in the last decade.
