EXHIBITIONS AND DISPLAYS at the National Maritime Museum

Pirates: Until 4 January 2026

  • A major exhibition tracing the changing depictions of pirates throughout the ages and revealing the brutal history often obscured by fiction. Adult £15 | Child £7.50 | Student £11.25

ZWO Astronomy Photographer of the Year 17 – Daily

  • Visitors can discover awe-inspiring images of the night sky and serene galaxies.  The winning images will be displayed in an exhibition at the National Maritime Museum from Friday 12 September, alongside a selection of exceptional shortlisted images.  Adult £10 | Child £5 | Student £6.50

The Keeper of All the Secrets - Daily

  • Jacqueline Bishop's The Keeper of All the Secrets is a major new acquisition that is on display in the Queen's House. The work focuses on women’s agency and resistance in the Caribbean, while exploring the legacies of the tea and sugar trades, empire and enslavement.  Free Admission.

International Talk Like a Pirate Day Weekend - 19, 20, 21 September 2025

  • Celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day, including talks, character actors, and a 2-for-1 discount on tickets for the Pirates exhibition.  Adult £15 | Child £7.50 | Student £11.25.

Caribbean Takeover - 27 September 2025

  • This annual festival will be taking over the National Maritime Museum and the Queens House. The day will be filled with a series of talks, workshops, creative activities, food and dancing, Free Admission.

DEBUT Classical Music Concert - 4 September 2025

  • A beautifully intimate 60-minute hosted concert featuring a handpicked line-up of musicians in a specially curated programme with harpsichord, cello and voice.  Adult £30 | Child £25

Queen’s House Classic Treasures Tour with drinks on the loggia - 14, 21, 28 September 2025

  • This tour explores the unique architecture of the Queen’s House and uncovers its history on a classic guided tour – complete with a special treat. £20
