Many of us will know the renowned Soho House group. We were even happier to know that we could avoid the hefty membership fees and 2 year+ waiting list and become a Soho Works member. Specifically created for people 'that want dedicated workspace and also appreciate Soho House's design, functionality, friendly service and attention to detail'; it's a haven for working from a homely environment. The Shoreditch space is over 16,000 sq ft and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering a café and concierge desk. Your membership allows access to several facilities including a library, reading room, café and roof terrace, plus a workshop filled with arts, crafts and a 3D printer.

Unlike the name may suggest, Makerversity at Somerset House is not for University Students. It's actually a co-working space specifically for designers, markers and start-ups. Member companies come from a plethora of sectors including design, engineering and digital practice and Makerversity is here to support with their numerous facilities available. There's a wood workshop, a digital workshop, a textile workshop, engineering workshop, podcast studio and assembly space making it an unconventional yet highly effective creative space (explore the workshop facilitires here).

There's memberships on offer and free residencies to offer access to those starting in the industry from a free under 25's membership to free training for young people. The AllBright, Fitzrovia

If you're looking for an all-female co-working space; AllBright is for you. Situated in a converted Georgian townhouse and spread over five beautifully decorated stories. This space offers charm, heritage and a relaxed environment that aims to take its member as far away from the classic corporate office as you can get. It's a cosy space focused on both hospitality and wellness marrying them together under one spectacularly designed roof. With designs to suit all needs, there are Private Studios for larger teams and dedicated desks for individuals. If you want a more relaxed approach these wonderfully comfortable communal spaces are from the Living Room to the Den and the Loft.
