£10 tickets on sale now for Concert Hall performances in the second half of the season.

With Summer at Snape opening soon, the next batch of £10 tickets have been released for Concert Hall performances in the second half of the season. From fiery Scottish folk with Blazin’ Fiddles to the radiant sounds of She’Koyokh, and from Benjamin Grosvenor’s dramatic Mussorgsky to BBC Radio 3’s This Classical Life with Jess Gillam, this is a glorious run of summer music not to be missed.

Blazin’ Fiddles: Friday 22 August | 7:30pm

  • For over a quarter of a century, no other band has quite captured Scottish fiddle music’s variety, energy and sensitivity like Blazin’ Fiddles.Atop many musical twists and turns, the group’s quicksilver playing is matched by lightning-sharp humour and uproarious stories from their many tunes and travels.

Brilliant Brass: Flowers Band: Saturday 23 August | 7:30pm

  • A Snape Maltings debut with a wide-ranging programme including classic brass-band numbers and new arrangements. There is music by Dvořák, Bliss, and Ivor Novello Award winner Gavin Higgins, plus familiar hits from stage and screen.

A Klezmer Party with She’Koyokh: Thursday 28 August | 7:30pm

  • A radiant evening with a versatile and prize-winning band comprising seven expert musicians of the rich folk-music traditions of Jewish Eastern Europe, Turkey and the Balkans.
