Naked Swimming
We need to be careful here because, officially, there is nowhere to go skinny dipping in London. However, if you are still seeking somewhere to swim naked then you’ll want to seek out wild swimming areas, in quieter times, for best results. The feeling of natural water on bare skin is so therapeutic - and a bit of communal nudity has been known to occur in the women’s only section of a certain famous Northwest London swimming spot… but you didn't hear that from us!
Just outside of London, there is the Watford Naturist Swimming Club, made up of a very friendly and family-orientated group of people who welcome both first timers and seasoned naturists to join the regular Friday night swim (every Friday evening from 8:45pm to 10:00pm) and enjoy 'The WNSC Friday Feel Good Factor'!

Naked Art
So now you’re used to naked bodies, but you probably need to see more realistic examples. What about the idea of joining a life drawing class, sound intimidating? It really doesn’t have to be as there are so many welcoming classes across the capital along with some seriously alternative classes, including NAKED BRUNCH. With a relaxed, informal approach to teaching and a focus on experimentation and creative freedom, this is a great way to unwind with friends or meet like-minded people, all washed down with some fizz and fabulous food!
Or how about life drawing with the East London Strippers’ Collective, first launched in 2013 as a natural progression from the age-old practice of hiring professional harlots & hussies as models for art. Classes are fast paced & involve high-octane aerial pole poses. There is traditional life drawing with a couple 5-, 10- and 15-minute poses and there is the extremely popular “audience participation” exercise. It is a nod to the “lap dance”, encouraging a fun, mischievous atmosphere throughout the class.
Naked Bike Ride
Taking place in hundreds of cities world wide, the London edition of the World Naked Bike Ride happens each year on the second Saturday in June. It is a global protest movement with rides in cities around the world, raising awareness of issues such as safety of cyclists on the road, reducing oil dependence and saving the planet and of course celebrating body freedom. It is the the best fun you can ever have on two wheels. The London ride has the excitement of a carnival, with big crowds to cheer it on. It is a “naked bike ride” but you can be “as bare as you dare” – body painting and fancy dress are welcome. It is fun, legal and all in a worthy cause. Just don’t forget your sunscreen!
Naked Rambling
Naturist Ramblers is basically as the name implies - a group who enjoy walking nude in the Great British Countryside ( obviously where circumstances permit). Yes, it is actually possible to enjoy walking in parts of the countryside of South and South East England in the nude and often being able to walk for several hours without meeting anybody!
The object of the walks is to enjoy the exhilaration of walking without the encumbrance of clothing. If that idea sounds good but you are a little apprehensive about undressing, rest assured there is no pressure to get naked – indeed sometimes it can be too cold! But what you will find is that all the walkers are friendly and welcoming and we are certain you will soon find walking nude to be a supremely enjoyable and liberating experience.
