A summer garden rewilding installation by artists Baker & Borowski is now open for the public to enjoy on Warwick Road, London. This incredible artist takeover is inspired by the eighteenth-century concept of the Pleasure Gardens and is one of the major highlights of the Kensington and Chelsea Festival this year. Originally, the Pleasure Gardens would have been laid out as formal gardens with dedicated buildings for performances and for eating and were places to see the latest in art and architecture. Baker & Borowski hope to encourage people to connect with nature by introducing a diversity of colour and plant-life into the urban area.

This outstanding installation is family friendly and has ecology and sustainability at its very core. The artists invite you to step into a kaleidoscope of colours and flowers which create a spirit of joy and celebration while sending beautiful scents into the air. The installation is a magical gateway into Baker & Borowski’s version of a summer wonderland. This is a safe space for the community to relax and enjoy.
