Building a Cathedral of Creativity!

Visit website

London Design Biennale is a global collaboration of the world’s most ambitious and imaginative designers, curators and design institutes. They will be welcoming the public to Somerset House this June with an exciting new exhibition. The exhibition will be a cathedral of creativity and will include submissions that were created during the pandemic, from up to 50 countries and territories around the world. The theme will be Resonance, chosen by Artistic Director Es Devlin, which considers the ripple effect of design concepts on the way that we live and the decisions that we make.

"I am delighted that the London Design Biennale will once again bring prominent designers, curators, and design institutes from around the globe to our capital. It has been an incredibly difficult year for the industry, but this programme will bring us together as an international community to reflect and collaborate on the challenges that lie ahead. London is a global creative capital, which will play a key role in our economic recovery from the pandemic." Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London.
