Featuring new stories, sets, costumes, props, unique artefacts and a brand new gallery to house them. Visit Fred Buckle’s shop to view the vintage sweets and treats and snap a perfect selfie over the counter in Violet’s Haberdashery.
Take a seat in Dr. Turner’s waiting area and brush past beautiful costumes, as you get up close to popular props, including treasured wedding dresses and uniforms.
Created in partnership with award-winning television production company, Neal Street Productions, Call The Midwife Official Location Tour is the only one of its kind in the world.
The walking tour is led by your very own costumed midwife. Along the tour you’ll recognise the cobbled streets and buildings of ‘Poplar’ plus iconic locations such as the Grosvenor Hotel and ‘Chummy’s Hill’, where Nurse Noakes famously learnt to ride her bike.
With a picture book to help trigger your memories, you’ll see just how Neal Street Productions transform 400 year old Chatham dockyard into East London.
