Kris Marshall stars as Teddy, a charming, idealistic university professor at the top of his game, in Ryan Craig’s fast-paced, witty and challenging new play. Together with his wife and colleague Lotty, Teddy is determined to make a difference in their academic world and keep the spark in their relationship alive. 

The play non-chronologically reveals pivotal moments within their 10 year relationship, from colleagues to lovers to husband and wife. 

Kris Marshall stars as Teddy, a charming, idealistic university professor at the top of his game, in Ryan Craig’s fast-paced, witty and challenging new play ‘Charlotte & Theodore’ coming to Richmond Theatre 21-25 March. Kris Marshall has starred in some of the most popular films and television series of the last twenty years, with lead roles in Love Actually, My Family and Death in Paradise. His stage roles include Treats opposite Billie Piper, Fat Pig in the West End and the London revival of Glengarry Glen Ross alongside Christian Slater and Robert Glenister.

Lotty is played by Eve Ponsonby, a highly-acclaimed stage actress whose credits include Harry Potter and The Cursed Child and Shakespeare in Love in the West End. On television she has starred in Grantchester (ITV) and Lady Chatterley’s Lover (BBC).
