Follow in the footsteps of Victorian literati such as Charlotte Brontë and Charles Dickens as you explore the beautifully restored period rooms and stunning garden of Manchester’s very own literary house. This unique Victorian middle-class house is just one mile from the city centre with parking available near-by. New and second books on sale in the Tea Room. Picnics welcome in the garden and family friendly activities available in the House.

House, Garden and Tea Room open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. 11am-4.30pm.

Admission £5.50 / £4.50. Under 16s free of charge. Tickets valid for 12 months.
