Kew gardens are releasing a brand-new programme of wellbeing events all set to take across the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site. Kew Gardens is a botanic garden in southwest London that houses the largest and most diverse botanical and mycological collections in the world. Features of the gardens include the rock garden is a dramatic valley carved through the landscape with wild-collected plants from six mountainous regions of the world. Also, the bamboo garden and Minka houses which allows you to step into a thicket of tall grasses and discover a traditional Japanese farmhouse and a children’s garden are just a snippet of the amazing natural wonders of nature that are home to Kew Gardens. 

The events include calming your body and mind with forest bathing, an outdoor full-body workout with Kew fitness boot camp sessions, Thai Chi, summer cycles across the beautiful gardens and enchanted woodlands, temperate house yoga and Pilates. These events can be enjoyed on your own or with the whole family and are a range of prices that can be viewed and booked on the Kew Gardens wellbeing programme website.  So, whether you are looking to work up a sweat or seek mindful moments and ‘me’ time, there are programmes at Kew gardens designed for the whole family.
