Northern Chamber Orchestra with Steven Osborne, piano

26 September 2021 Book tickets

Celebrated for his insightful interpretations, his musicality and technique, pianist Steven Osborne is one of Britain’s most treasured musicians. He joins the Northern Chamber Orchestra for a Sunday afternoon concert at The Stoller Hall to open their 2021-22 Manchester season.

Osborne will be playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No 4, perhaps the most poetic of the great composer’s concertos. The Beethoven tribute continues with his magnificent Symphony No 4, in turn serious, high-spirited and playful. Also on the programme is a new work by the Northern Chamber Orchestra’s composer in residence and double bassist, James Manson.

Taking place on Sunday 26 September at 3pm in the incredible acoustic of The Stoller Hall, join the Northern Chamber Orchestra to celebrate their first Manchester concert since 2019.

Tickets for this concert are priced at £25, but you can get tickets at the special price of £10 by using code NCO10!
