Riz Ahmed – musician, storyteller, actor and activist – is bringing a special one-off streamed performance to the
Manchester International Festival website – and tickets are available now, generously priced on a pay-what-you-feel basis. Capacity is strictly limited – book now or miss out…
The Long Goodbye, Riz Ahmed’s electrifying live music show, was due to premiere in Manchester back in March. Three days before the first performance, the UK went into lockdown and the show was
postponed until 2021 – but Ahmed has reacted by creating this one-off streamed performance, developed especially for the digital realm and presented in immersive sound.
The Long Goodbye: Livestream Edition follows on the heels of ‘Once Kings’, Ahmed’s brand new track (
watch the video here), and his hugely acclaimed new film
Mogul Mowgli, in UK cinemas and streaming on-demand now.
The stream takes place at 8pm on Saturday 19 December 2020, and limited tickets cost from £5 to £20 – priced on a pay-what-you-feel basis. Book now at
the MIF website.
