Grab your Christmas jumper and join us for a day of festive family fun!

It’s Christmas eve at Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun and his merry little band of ne’er-do-wells have botched a farmhouse raid for bigger stockings and have inadvertently left little Timmy stranded in a Christmas market. Embarking on a risky rescue mission the night before Christmas, will Shaun fly under the nose of the sheepdog and rescue his cousin in time for Christmas day?

The Royal Northern College of Music’s Christmas Family Day is one of the most enduring popular days on their calendar. This years events beckons much more than just a simple film screening. Whether you book the morning or afternoon session, your kids are free to enjoy near two hours of workshops and activities to get them in the festive spirit.

The film screening, too, comes with its own special treat. The screening will be scored live by the WFEL Fairey Band, a renowned brass band that has been continuously operating out of Stockport since 1937. Their performances, that vary from traditional hymns to modern pop, from marches to film scores, the Fairey Band has won every elite band event on the UK content calendar, being 16-time recipients of the British Open.

You can book tickets to either the morning session (10am – 1pm) or afternoon session (2.15pm – 5.15pm), and all ticket holders will be contacted nearer the event to sign-up for the interactive workshops.
