Ker and Reed don their deerstalkers and polish their magnifying glasses as Sherlock and Watson, leading a stellar cast including award-winning comedian John Kearns as the perpetually confused Inspector Lestrade, and comedy actress/podcaster Margaret Cabourn-Smith as the fastidious Mrs Hudson.

It’s Christmas in Victorian London, but in the West End - where nothing bad ever happens - performers start dropping mid-scene like Christmas tree needles on Boxing Day. Scotland Yard suspects nothing…until the world’s greatest consulting detective spots an intriguing link to The Twelve Days of Christmas. The game is afoot!
