‘Travel’ the world without leaving London

12 May 2021 to 10 June 2021Visit website

Foreign travel remains uncertain for now, however, you can see the world without even leaving London at Coal Drops Yard this year. From the 12th of May to the 10th of June, there will be a free, open-air travel photography exhibition showcasing the latest images from the International Travel Photographer of the Year Awards (TPOTY) located at London’s boldest shopping and dining district, Coal Drops Yard, just a short walk from Kings Cross and St Pancreas stations. This exhibition will be viewable 24 hours, 7 days a week, so that everyone has the chance to see the stunning, world-class contemporary travel photography on show.

Majestic landscapes, sublime night-time views from the depths of the ocean, and intimate animal and bird portraits, see the world as you have never seen it before. Catch a glimpse at different cultures from across the world and appreciate the beautiful life on our planet. TPOTY founder Chris Coe commented: “These winners are spectacular in their beauty, range, drama, elegance and, in some cases, poignancy. In tough times they will bring a warmth and joy to many and confirm that there is skill, insight, vision and art in travel photography.”

There is also a chance to get involved and have your say as exhibition visitors will be able to vote for their favourite imagine online, and all voters will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a whole selection of prizes including a one-day private photography lesson with TPOTY founder Chris Coe! This is an opportunity not to be missed.
