Great news to dance away the lockdown blues, ABBA MANIA is returning to the West End for the ultimate ABBA Tribute concert live on stage. This is the first time in 19 years the tribute act is making a return to the West End, performing at the Shaftesbury Theatre in May. So, whether you are a true ABBA Fan ready to dance the night away to classics from the Swedish group's irresistible music or a Mamma Mia fan, loving hits such as Voulez Vous, Waterloo and Fernando, then this is your night to become the ultimate dancing queen.
ABBA Mania has performed over 3,000 live shows in 30 countries across the world including Australia and Venezuela! ABBA Mania was formed in 1999 and is in celebration of the awesome Swedish foursome; Agnetha Fältskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson. The producer Todd Littlewood stated, “there’s nothing more perfect for reopening of the West End than the belt-out, feel-good music of ABBA”. It is time to show your ‘Thank you for the music’ and party the night away, bringing your lockdown dance workouts and Tik Tok routines to the dance floor.
Abba Mania will also tour as part of the ‘Sounds in the Grounds’ and the ‘legends festival’, followed by a full UK tour this autumn. Sounds in the Grounds festival and Legend’s festival have dates at a wide variety of areas across the UK from Saturday 10th July to the 5th of September. The UK Tour cities include Stratford-upon-Avon, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Aylesbury, Manchester, Bristol, Liverpool and more. Tickets are also available for the return show at the West End at a great value, priced at £14.50 - £50.80 plus booking fees at the Shaftesbury theatre. So, it is time to grab your platforms and dust off your flares this summer!
