Bristol’s food scene is an obvious and well-established strongpoint of the city. We have just about everything in spades and are utterly spoiled by the vast array of talent, fresh ingredients and creativity. That being said - it’s always fun to wrestle the ovens and wall of menus from the professionals and to take matters into our own hands! Let’s get cutting, baking and maybe even fermenting our favourite foodstuffs…

Leave with a head jostling full of ideas and a some of your very own jars of kimchi and sauerkraut. Apparently, there are even kimcheese toasties…

Foraging Walks 
Bristol, Bath, Clevedon and further afar

Getting lost in nature is one of life’s true blisses. As Henry David Thoreau aptly wrote in Walden, “We need the tonic of wildness”.So why not combine our adventures in nature with food? Get foraging (with a basket) in this 3-hour long walk, where you will learn how to find and identify plants and mushrooms on your own doorstep (that’s only if you live in a field). This is an excellent opportunity to get out of the city and learn more about the ecosystems that support the cities we all now live in. Leave with the eyes to see food all around you.
