Top Five Easter Egg Hunts In London 2020

On the hunt for the Easter bunny?

Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt, Hampton Court Palace
This egg hunt isn't one to be missed if you like your chocolate - the eggs are provided by luxurious Lindt. During the hunt, which takes place around the enormous home and gardens of Henry VIII, you'll follow whimsical clues on the specially designed trail to find golden bunny statues (great for practising Oscar speeches with). Each bunny found reveals a character from Hampton Court's long history, and if you solve your challenges, you'll be able to claim your chocolate booty.

Easter Egg-stravaganza at Lee Valley Park Farms
On the hunt for the Easter Bunny? Look no further than Lee Valley Park Farms this holiday, where alongside the Easter Egg Hunt Trail, which challenges visitors to find a prize hidden in and around the 17 acre family attraction using a series of clues, you’ll get the chance to meet the elusive Bunny too. After you’ve discovered your egg-citing treats, you can go and see the spring arrivals at the farm – try bottle-feeding a lamb, saying hello to a llama, or taking a ride on Tex the Tractor.

The Great Shoreditch Easter Egg Hunt
This egg hunt will be held at Shoreditch Town Hall for the city slickers amongst us. The Hall will throw open its doors for building-wide family fun during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend – hidden eggs will be nestled in nooks and crannies throughout the building and there will be additional activities and performances for all the family to enjoy.

Battersea Park Easter Egg Hunt
South Londoners can enjoy something a little different with Battersea Park's annual Easter Egg Hunt, as the hunt takes place inside the park zoo - in fact, you'll find eggs inside the enclosures of different animals, from donkeys to meerkats. A quiz sheet purchased upon entry will help you figure out the locations of the eggs.

The Easter Extravaganza at Buckingham Palace
For a real royal blowout, head down to Buckingham Palace for their Easter Extravaganza, which includes a right proper egg hunt. After you've found all the clues and gorged yourself on the chocolate prize, kids can get crafty making jewel-encrusted Easter egg decorations and other glittering arty bits.
