Where to Eat: Chocolate in Bristol

Maisy Farren

Spotlight on: Mrs Potts Chocolate House
20 Park Street, Bristol, BS1 5JA

If your valentine is a self-confessed chocaholic, we can think of no better date location than Mrs Potts Chocolate House. A charming little café in the Old Clifton area of Bristol, this café is open from 9am-9pm each and every day making a completely chocolatey date night a total possibility. Their chocolate inspired menu is vast and absolutely to-die-for, featuring indulgent treats such as Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake and White Chocolate Blondies. For this special day we recommend ordering the Melted Chocolate Dipping Pots, which come perfect for sharing alongside fruit, homemade marshmallows and tasty madeleines.

Naturally, the chocolate doesn’t just stop with the food menu. Their hot chocolate selection covers all bases, with white chocolate to 100% dark chocolate drinks readily available. Their milkshakes come heavily topped with buttons, cookies, cream and marshmallows, and they even offer a delicious Chocolate Chai!
