Where to Eat: The Best Vegan Pizzas in London

Billie Manning

Spotlight On: Humble Pizza
Move over, Sketch! There’s another pink palace in town. Humble Pizza is an aesthetic avalanche of pastel walls and fuchsia furniture – just check out their Instagram for a peek at their peachy paradise. It almost looks more like a high-end jewellery shop than a restaurant, but don’t be fooled, Humble Pizza is full of culinary delight. And plot twist – the whole restaurant is plant-based. That’s right, veguys and vegals, it’s a pizza joint just for you.
The menu is a veritable treasure trove of plant-based treats, with inventive use of cashews, tofu and more to recreate cheeses and meats on some pizzas while also capitalising on the natural deliciousness of veggies in others. The pizzas are offered with a cauliflower or focaccia base, and come in classic incarnations like the Diavola, a cauliflower-based pizza with spicy tofu chorizo and the Truffle and Mushroom with truffle paste, mushrooms and shaved black truffle, as well as truly inventive options like the Scarola, with escarole, taggiasche olives, pine nuts, fresh chilli and raisins.
The restaurant is perfect for those based around the Chelsea area, but if you don’t fancy venturing outside in order to get that plant-based goodness, the restaurant is also on Deliveroo.
