From the producers of David Walliams Mr Stink, Sam Bradshaw Productions presents a brand-new live show from everyone’s favourite pup, Spot in his largest stage adaptation yet, Spot’s Birthday Party. The UK premiere tour opens at Newport Riverfront Theatre on 08 February.

Based on the beloved Eric Hill classics Where is Spot and Happy Birthday Spot, this brand-new adaptation brings your favourite pup and his friends to life in an interactive and accessible show suitable for ages two plus and their grown-ups.
Eric Hill’s loveable puppy, Spot, has been an integral part of early childhood since he first appeared in the classic lift-the-flap storybook Where’s Spot? in 1980. With his inquisitive nature, sense of curiosity, boundless energy, and simple shapes and colours, Spot helps families, babies and toddlers explore the world around them and with over 65 million books sold worldwide, Spot has been a family favourite for over 40 years.
Spot’s Birthday Party is presented by Sam Bradshaw Productions. Costumes are by Costumes with Character and Set Design by Steve Howell. It is based on the books of Eric Hill with words and songs by acclaimed writer and director Guy Unsworth who said:“Spot’s stories are filled with warmth, fun and lots of love so I can’t wait to share this timeless classic on stage with songs, party hats and Spot’s animal friends”.
