Stage One Bursary Award Open

Stage One, are putting out calls to all independent UK theatre producers based in Birmingham and the West Midlands for the Stage One bursary award. 

The bursary, which closes Monday 18th August at 12pm, is dedicated to providing support for emerging producers looking to take the next steps in their careers.

The award consists of up to £20,000 andincludes mentorship from established industry professionals.

Now in its 15th year, the bursary is one of Stage One’s core development programmes, with the aim to help diversify and open doors to professionals of different backgrounds across the industry. In addition to a further £20,000 fund, applicants will receive access to low-cost development opportunities, a bursary to attend BEAM, the UK’s leading industry showcase of new musicals in development, and more.
