La Clique Opens in Leicester Square

A decade on from winning the Best Entertainment Olivier Award and fresh from a sell-out run at Edinburgh Fringe, La Clique has wowed audiences around the globe and features the very best of circus, comedy and cabaret. 

The highly anticipated La Clique cast are,  Mikael Bres who brings his breath-taking Chinese pole act to the tent, Katherine Arnold and Hugo Desmarais who will blow audiences away with their aerial performances alongside Ashley Stroud who will fill the tent with her soulful singing. Variety, comedy and stunt performer Sam Goodburn returns to La Clique for his first winter season, whilst Jolie Papillon brings beautiful Burlesque back to London. Captivating umbrella foot juggling artist Tara Boom will also be joining for the first time.

Love Goddess, the Rita Hayworth Musical

Crowned the “Love Goddess” by her adoring fans, Fred Astaire’s all-time favourite dance partner, and the bride Orson Welles wanted more than any other woman in the world, there really is only one Rita Hayworth.

Originally a solo play created and performed by Almog Pail entitled ‘Me, Myself and Rita’ and then ‘Love Goddess, the Cabaret,’ the show won raves from audiences and critics in Malta, Off-Broadway and London at the Canal Café Theatre, as it evolved into a full-scale musical.

The show features gorgeous original music by Broadway pianist Logan Medland, and thrilling jazz, tap, and Flamenco dance sequences by award-winning choreographer Lorna Ventura.

The location, HERE at Outernet, will host one of the UK’s largest indoor screens measuring a mammoth 8m x 4.5m with a state-of-the-art 4D immersive sound system giving that stadium feel to the huge 6200 sqft space.

The show is a joyful and apocalyptic exploration of the future in which Sam Ward interrogates our generation’s collective feelings of uncertainty with a lyrical script.

We Were Promised Honey! invites audiences to participate; by reading lines, playing parts, and singing along. There’s a tree planted inside a theatre; a man on fire in the middle of the desert; two lovers reunited in a flooded city; a spaceship on the edge of a black hole.
