Spanning 1947 to the present day, Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams celebrates one of the twentieth century’s most significant designers, and the six artistic directors who succeeded him, from Yves Saint Laurent to Maria Grazia Chiuri. The exhibition sheds new light on Christian Dior’s influence in Britain and explore the enduring impact of the fashion house.
 
Drawn from the extensive Dior Archives and the V&A’s world-class collections, the exhibition features over 200 garments showcasing the exceptional skill and craftsmanship of the house’s haute couture creations.
 
Discover the House of Dior’s vision of fashion through an outstanding collection of objects including accessories, illustrations, film, photography and original design sketches.

• The prize includes 2 tickets to the major exhibition Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams at the V&A South Kensington, to be redeemed during normal operating hours.
• Validity of the prize cannot be extended.
• No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• One entry per person is permitted. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• London Calling and the V&A cannot be responsible for entries that are lost, damaged or incomplete.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or the prize being unavailable, the V&A reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of a similar value.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of London Calling Arts and the V&A or their families.
• The V&A and London Calling Arts reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of prize draws and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the prize draw.
• The winner(s) is (are) responsibly for ensuring that they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event that they are unable to do so then the V&A and London Calling Arts reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner(s) is (are) responsible for any and all expenses and travel arrangements incurred in redeeming the prize.
• The prize must be redeemed by 5pm on Sunday 1 September 2019 when the exhibition closes to the public. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure they leave adequate time to visit the exhibition before closure.
• There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 5 working days or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the V&A and London Calling Arts reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
• The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize draws may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• The winner(s) agree that their name and photograph may be used in publicity materials.
