Folk ensemble Rastak return to Manchester’s Stoller Hall to celebrate their new album ‘Tales of Earth and Sun’, six tracks inspired by the rich musical traditions of Kurdistan, Lorestan, Balochistan, Hormozgan, Kermanshah, and a heartfelt love song from Afghanistan.
They’ll be paying tribute to these historical cultures and celebrating the resilience of Middle Eastern music, creating a fresh sound and bringing these songs to life for a new generation.
